YESSS! The Holidays (My most loved & Most hated time of year) are over! WE are in 2015. Did you make any New Year Resolutions? I for one, am a realist who finds resolutions to be ridiculous ( I know,I know, what a bore). I researched and found some statistics about New Years resolutions and it seems that I am not alone. I am surprised to find that according to the study below, 38% of Americans don’t make resolutions at all. I like that “Fall in love” is in the top ten resolutions. Is that something we can really push ourselves to do? I suppose if it’s your resolution you would stop sitting around waiting for it to happen. I wish that I knew how well that works out for people. Hey, it might be easier than the #1 resolution, which is “Lose Weight”.

I think in the New Year or in life as a whole, I would like to become a more balanced and grounded person. Aveda has a really cool little guy named Mr. Chakra. Aveda draws from Ayurveda (a healing tradition from India which helps us balance our chakras- 7 spinning wheels of energy — that affect our health, well-being and beauty). Mr.Chakra offers wellness rituals and chakra balancing aromas that can help each of us achieve a more balanced life. You should check it out.
