rSalon’s number one priority is the safety of both our team and customers.

What to Expect at Your Appointment With Us at rSalon:

  • Touchless check-in and out with the Pocket Salon App and Smartwaiver. Guests can check-in, answer all health screen questions before entering the salon, and check-out seamlessly
  • All guests and team members must wear masks
  • Please come to your appointment alone 
  • All guests will receive a socially distanced, luxury shampoo, along with a complimentary hot towel treatment and a self-care hand massage. (To recreate these rituals that we’re so well-known for in the new normal, all of our hot towels are sealed in separate, plastic bags to ensure cleanliness. For our self-care hand massage, guests are given a sample of Aveda’s Hand Relief™ lotion to use themselves on their hands.)
  • We’re now blow-drying and styling all of our guests and practicing a flawless, top-notch sanitation system to disinfect all tools and equipment between each guest 
  • Our salon is professionally cleaned every day with a state of the art sanitation fogging system. This covers all surfaces as well as our ventilation ducts 
  • Manicures, pedicures, massages, eye makeup lessons, and waxing are now being offered with the same level of safety and luxury as the rest of our resumed services 
  • Credit cards will be required to book all services
  • Stations are 6 feet apart
  • We have installed protective barriers in parts of our facility to ensure your safety
  • We will personally shop for you (curbside service available)
  • A $20 deposit will be required for all online bookings
  • A $5 environmental/sanitation fee will be added to all services

Suspended Rituals: 

At this time, rSalon will not be performing facials.
